United for Good

A Service Club that’s part of the world’s largest service organization. United by a beating heart committed to tackling our community’s greatest needs.

Founded on October 31, 1931, the Rotary Club of Tijuana has spent nearly a century driving the city’s social development with projects that have transformed areas such as healthcare, education, and infrastructure.

Our passion for service is rooted in a deep commitment to Rotary values: integrity, leadership, diversity, and selfless service. We believe that together, as a community, we can build a brighter future for all.

Guided by Rotary International’s areas of focus, our mission is to identify and respond to the most urgent needs of underserved communities in our region.

We work to promote peace, prevent diseases, provide clean water, support maternal and child health, foster education, boost local economies, protect the environment, and fight illiteracy.

Over the years, the Rotary Club of Tijuana has partnered with national and international allies to create lasting change. Thanks to the support of our members, friends, and volunteers, we continue bringing hope and solutions to those who need it most.

Projects and Grants

Founded in 1905 by Paul Harris and three friends in Chicago, Rotary International began as a group of professionals doing business together. Soon after, they decided to give back to their community—starting with building a public restroom. Today, Rotary is a global service organization with over 1.4 million members in more than 200 countries. Since its founding, Rotary has focused on seven key areas: promoting peace, fighting disease, supporting education, protecting the environment, providing clean water, improving maternal and child health, and growing local economies—making a lasting global impact.

In Mexico, Rotary has a strong presence thanks to clubs like the Rotary Club of Tijuana, which is part of District 4100. This district is known for its active participation in both local and international service projects, strengthening the spirit of service in the region.

Rotary organizes its clubs into zones and districts. The Rotary Club of Tijuana belongs to District 4100, which is part of Zone 25A.

In Tijuana, we work hand-in-hand with dedicated partners who share our service vision:

Satellite Club «Alianza»

Interact Club

Rotary International’s president for 2025 -2026, Francesco Arezzo, under the theme «Unite for Good», inspiring clubs to act with passion and purpose.
