A joint project by the Rotary Club of Tijuana, Rotary Club of Thousand Oaks, and Fundación Castro Limón to upgrade the operating room, recovery area, and sterilization facilities at the Pediatric Oncology Center. The goal is to keep pediatric cancer surgeries within the hospital and expand access to free, high-quality treatment for more children in Baja California.

• 300 surgeries and procedures performed annually
• Only free pediatric oncology center in Baja California
• Up to 90% more children can receive treatment
